Choose training for the target occupation
Start with the job family and destination requirement, then compare the course syllabus, duration, practical hours, assessment method, certificate issuer, and any stated employer or government requirement. Common technical paths include welding, electrical work, HVAC, machinery operation, pipe fitting, and construction trades.
Certificate records and practical evidence
- Keep the original certificate, transcript or result sheet, and a clear digital copy.
- Record the tools, machines, processes, and safety practices covered during training.
- Use a separate trade assessment when the employer or destination process requires hands-on verification.
Prepare a complete job-readiness file
Match the training record to the job description, passport, experience evidence, medical and visa steps, and written employment terms. A course or certificate supports a recruitment file but does not guarantee employment, salary, visa approval, or deployment.
