Muqeem visa-status check
Use the current official Muqeem portal to review the visa and exit-re-entry information available for the record. Portal labels and verification fields can change, so follow the live instructions shown by Muqeem.
How to check the current Muqeem record
Open the official Muqeem portal and select the visa-validity or verification service available there. The live portal is the source of truth for the current route, required fields, and any temporary service notice.
- Choose the identity or visa lookup option presented by the official service.
- Enter the Iqama, visa, passport, or other matching details exactly as requested.
- Complete any captcha or verification step and submit the inquiry.
- Save the displayed status, expiry or return date, reference, and the date you checked it.
How to read the result safely
Check the name, document number, visa type, validity, and exit-re-entry dates against the passport, Iqama, contract, and employer record. A portal result is a status check; it is not by itself permission to travel, a guarantee of border admission, or a substitute for the current instructions of Saudi authorities and the carrier.
If the details do not match
Do not rely on a screenshot or cached result when the record is inconsistent. Keep the reference and supporting documents, ask the responsible employer or authorized service channel to review the record, and confirm any urgent travel decision with the relevant Saudi authority.
