Practical trade assessment
A trade-test center evaluates hands-on ability for a specific occupation. Confirm the current assessment requirement, center instructions, and employer job order before booking.
Before you book a trade test
- Confirm the occupation, skill level, destination, employer requirement, and any official assessment scheme.
- Keep your passport or CNIC details, certificates, photographs, contact information, and job reference ready.
- Ask the center which tools, safety equipment, clothing, language, and appointment documents are required.
What the practical assessment may cover
The task should match the occupation. Depending on the approved test, this may include welding positions, industrial electrical wiring, HVAC service, machinery operation, pipe fitting, masonry, or another trade-specific exercise. The center or employer instructions control the actual task and scoring.
Keep the result record
After the assessment, save the appointment reference, attendance record, score or result sheet, certificate details, and any retest instruction. A trade-test result demonstrates performance for that assessment; it does not replace a visa, medical, qualification, or employer approval.
