Our Process

Discover our comprehensive process for delivering exceptional results

Step 01: Pre Screen

Upon receiving an employer's demand, our qualified technical evaluators review the internal database and incoming CVs. To ensure a strong pool of talent, we pre-screen and line up three times the number of candidates required by the client before moving to final selection.

Step 02: Selection

Whether clients prefer to delegate selection entirely to us or send an authorized delegation to conduct interviews, we manage the entire process. Our highly experienced technical staff and engineers take full responsibility for assessing the capability and practical competencies of every worker.

Step 03: Reports

Transparency is central to our operations. We provide weekly progress reports to help clients monitor the status of their recruitment. Upon project completion, a final report is submitted detailing visa and ticket utilization alongside corresponding deployment dates.

Step 04: Probation

To give employers absolute peace of mind, we offer a standard three-month probation period to evaluate our workers on-site. Qureshi Manpower Bureau takes full responsibility for the repatriation of any worker selected by us who is deemed unqualified or medically unfit during this window.

Step 05: Orientation

Moving to a new country requires careful preparation. We conduct a mandatory orientation program to brief outgoing workers on the local laws, social customs, and Islamic principles of the host country, emphasizing strict workplace discipline and mutual respect at the job site.

Step 06: Deployment

We guarantee swift mobilization, typically deploying workforce teams within 30 to 45 working days from receiving completed visa documents. For urgent projects, we utilize specialized operational channels to accelerate flight schedules down to 20 to 25 days.

Step 07: Uniform & Safety Gears

To ensure immediate readiness upon arrival, Qureshi Manpower Bureau can manage procurement locally on behalf of the client. This includes organizing standard workplace uniforms, necessary hand tools, and essential safety gears tailored to the project's requirements.

Step 08: Briefing

Clear communication prevents misunderstandings. We practice a multi-stage briefing process: candidates receive an initial briefing on salary packages, working hours, and accommodation after selection, followed by a final comprehensive briefing on field conditions just before departure.

Step 09: Complete File

The final milestone of our process involves consolidating all verified documentation. From secure medical clearances, X-rays, and physical examinations to passports, government exit permits, and signed employment contracts, a complete, legally compliant file is finalized for every deployed worker.
